meditation

why meditate

We want relaxation and stress relief, clarity in our minds, a break from the busy world.

These are wonderful effects and certainly worth taking time for. Starting your day by silencing your mind or taking a break to refocus your energy when life gets busy. You can sit quietly by yourself or follow a guided meditation, app, recordings etc.

But this is not all meditation is for.

Throughout history saints and sages around the world have spent entire lifetimes in meditation and the purpose was not simply to escape the stress of daily life. The deeper purpose of meditation is to develop subtle bodies and access higher states of consciousness. States of awareness. Transcendental bliss. Insights beyond capacity of our ordinary mind. Connection with divine forces, guidance and awakening. Preparation for a conscious transition at death.

All of these things are available to us now!

activating the third eye

The third eye meditation activates centers of energy, starting with the third eye itself. It is an on switch for inner vision, the perception of energies inside one’s own subtle bodies and in the world. Feeling the aliveness of plants. Sensing the tug of a loved one’s need in our heart. Knowing what the next right choice is. Cognizing the forces behind groups and organizations. Realizing your Self.

inner space techniques

Meditation is a way to expose and resolve mental and emotional blocks that interfere with our inner vision and our freedom in life.

Often just sitting in silence and following a practice will let the energy cook these blocks, but sometimes something big comes up and you want help. IST was developed to address the things that arise in meditation that take us out of stillness. To source and resolve the recurring charged thoughts and emotions that we can’t break through on our own, allowing us to reach higher states of perception and awakening.
