Meditation is so much more than simple relaxation

One thing I particularly love about this work is that after each practice there is an opportunity to share your experience. We learn so much from each other by naming what happens and trying out what others share. The motto “see for yourself, know for yourself” is a key part of this approach. Every experience is valid and together we map states of consciousness that you can then return to in meditation or throughout your day, as appropriate.
